How to Use This Tool

Add Participants: Click on the "Add Participant" button to add individuals involved in the meeting.

Enter Participant Details: Select the participant's time zone from the dropdown menu, which includes global time zones for accurate scheduling. Input their start and end times for availability in their local time zone.

Find Overlapping Time: Once all participants are added and their details are filled in, click on the "Find Optimal Time" button. The tool will calculate the overlapping working hours in UTC format.

Schedule the Meeting: If overlapping hours are found, the tool displays the optimal time. You can also generate a Google Meet link for immediate scheduling.
